Elegant Software Technology PLC is looking to hire a Female Social Media Manager who is active, highly communicative, and passionate about digital content creation and technology branding.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms
Generate creative content ideas and implement team strategies
Create engaging posts, campaigns, and promotional materials
Perform photo and video editing for social media content
Understand and apply social media algorithms to improve reach and engagement
Work closely with marketing and development teams
Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand consistency
Analyze performance and improve engagement strategies

Requirements

Female applicants only
Proven experience in social media management
Strong portfolio is mandatory (especially TikTok content)
Proof of previous social media management work required
Strong video and photo editing skills
Good understanding of software and technology industry
Creative and excellent communication skills
Ability to work full-time on-site (Megenagna area)
Must be ready to start immediately after selection
Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and trends

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary: 20,000 ETB (Gross)
