We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Cashier to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions, crafting a welcoming environment, and ensuring that every guest has a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide information about our menu offerings.
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, pastries, and other menu items as needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and dining space.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Required Skills:
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee beverages is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance and Related fields.
• Previous experience in a cashier role is mandatory
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
