Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and highly organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and logistical operations. The ideal candidate will assist with office coordination, delivery of materials, and facilitation of project logistics to ensure smooth workflow between the office, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Administrative Support

Maintain office cleanliness and organization

Support documentation filing and basic record keeping

Assist in preparing documents, printing, and packaging materials

Manage office supplies and report shortages

2. Logistics & Delivery Support

Deliver documents, promotional materials, and small items to clients when required

Coordinate with suppliers and printing vendors

Assist in tracking deliveries and confirming receipt

Support event setup logistics when needed

3. Operational Support

Assist the Account Manager and Marketing team with coordination tasks

Support procurement follow-ups

Facilitate communication between office and production sites

Assist during event branding installations if required
