We are looking for a confident and proactive Client Success Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Communicate with clients via phone calls, email, and messaging platforms.

Follow up with clients and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.

Record short videos for client engagement, onboarding, updates, and marketing purposes.

Assist clients in understanding company products and services.

Handle client inquiries and provide professional support.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients.

Confident appearing on camera and recording videos.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to speak additional languages besides English and Amharic

Experience supporting international customers

Experience using CRM and customer support platforms
