We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our growing Media & Entertainment company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, supporting employee development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate training and professional development programs.
Manage attendance, leave administration, and HR reporting.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Promote employee engagement and a productive work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in media, entertainment, creative, or fast-paced industries.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
