Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate office operations and administrative activities

• Supervise and guide support staff

• Handle scheduling, meetings, and correspondence

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance

• Support HR and finance functions with documentation and logistics

• Monitor office expenses and assist with budgeting

• Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
