Job Summary

The Junior HR & Admin Officer is responsible for supporting both human resource functions and administrative operations. The role ensures efficient recruitment, employee record management, and smooth day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination)
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Track attendance, leave, and employee performance data
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave information
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic)
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Handle incoming and outgoing letters, emails, and documents
Support office maintenance and ensure proper working environment
Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and company events
Provide general administrative support to different departments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor law
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
