### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and occupancy.

- Build partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media presence.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

- Oversee promotional activities, branding, and customer engagement initiatives.

### Requirements

- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (hospitality experience is an advantage).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
