Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
• Maintain financial records by analyzing and verifying entries.
• Support tax preparation and filing processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP and IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 and above years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
