We are seeking an elite, agency-hardened Senior Brand & Account Manager to serve as the unified commercial engine, brand architect, and lead client liaison of our Group.

THE ROLE

This is a high-octane position designed for a seasoned creative closer who wants to represent a world-class physical production. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will double our market capture by managing our corporate brand positioning while aggressively securing TVC, documentary, and event contracts from Ethiopia's Tier-1 corporate sectors (Banking, Telecom, FMCG) and global NGOs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

B2B Contract Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and secure high-value media, event, and printing contracts.

Brand Strategy & PR: Oversee VMCG's corporate positioning across LinkedIn, Telegram, and business events; curate cinematic showreels and case studies.

Account Stewardship: Manage the commercial lifecycle of campaigns from initial brief, through technical production, to final invoicing and collection.

Retainer Development: Convert one-off production projects into lucrative, long-term monthly retainers.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience in Account Management or Brand Strategy within a top-tier Creative, Advertising, or Communication Agency in Ethiopia.

Network: An active, verified portfolio of corporate brand directors and NGO procurement leads.

Linguistic Mastery: Exceptional professional writing and speaking skills in both Amharic and English (essential for drafting proposals).

Technical Alignment: A strong understanding of the film, television, and event production process.
