Remote Junior IT Operations Analyst (Data & Liquidity)
We are a local operations and compliance sub-contractor for a UK-based financial technology firm. We specialize in high-speed data validation and liquidity price-correction for international markets. We are expanding our remote workforce in Ethiopia and seeking highly disciplined, tech-savvy graduates.

The Role: As a Remote IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring live data feeds and manually executing \"price-parity\" corrections using our proprietary terminal. This requires intense focus, quick mathematical reflexes, and an uninterrupted technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor high-frequency data scanners for 8 hours per day.

Execute 20-25 precise, time-sensitive data entries (validations) daily based on manager directives.

Maintain a live, proctored connection via our workforce management software during all working hours.

Report daily metrics via our automated internal system.

Relocate immediately to a backup location with stable power in the event of a local grid outage.

Strict Technical Requirements (Must Own Your Own Device):

CPU: Minimum Intel 10th Gen (i5) or AMD Ryzen 5000 series.

RAM: 16GB strictly required (Will be tested during onboarding).

Storage: 256GB SSD minimum.

Display: 14-inch screen minimum.

Battery: Minimum 4 hours of active battery life off-grid.

Connectivity: Must have a good internet speed area. (Note: The company will provide the monthly internet package).

Environment: A quiet, well-lit room for continuous webcam proctoring.

Candidate Requirements:

Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field (0 years of experience acceptable).

Exceptional mathematical and analytical reflexes.

High ethical standards and strict adherence to protocol.

Compliance & Legal Requirements (Mandatory for Hire): Because you will be handling time-sensitive international market data, our compliance protocols are strict. Prior to onboarding, you must provide:
