### **Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly confident, creative, and dynamic **Female Video Host and Content Creator** to become the face and voice of our brand. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent on-camera presence, a strong understanding of video production dynamics, and the ability to engage an audience effortlessly.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **On-Camera Hosting:** Present concepts, reviews, and features clearly, confidently, and charisma-driven.

* **Content Concept & Development:** Brainstorm, script, and collaborate on creative video ideas that align with our brand identity.

* **Brand Representation:** Maintain a highly professional, well-groomed appearance and a sharp sense of style/attire appropriate for high-quality production standards.

* **Audience Engagement:** Deliver delivery style that is articulate, persuasive, and relatable to our target demographic.

### **Qualifications & Requirements**

* **Gender:** Female (Required for on-camera brand positioning).

* **High Confidence & Charisma:** Exceptional public speaking skills and comfort in front of the camera are absolute musts.

* **Video Presentation Knowledge:** Strong understanding of how high-quality video content is structured, filmed, and paced.

* **Creativity:** A proven track record of bringing fresh, creative ideas to visual storytelling.

* **Professional Presentation:** Sharp attention to personal styling, grooming, and wardrobe suitable for professional shoots.

* **Language:** Fluent in Amharic(additional local languages are a plus).
