Required Knowledge and Skills

Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Amharic.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  Experience
  - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  - Experience in cost accounting and budget management is preferred.
  - Experience working with payroll systems is an added advantage.
