We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance professional to oversee the financial operations of our event management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting monthly tax’s on Etax system
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Develop and monitor budgets for events and company operations
Ensure accurate cost tracking and profitability analysis for each event
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
Supervise and support the finance team
Improve financial systems, processes, and controls

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an event, production, or service industry
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
Experience with accounting software and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience in event/project-based financial management
Leadership and team management experience
Strong communication and reporting skills
