Position: Salesperson

Main Duties

Customer Service

Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products.

Answer customer questions about products, sizes, prices, and promotions.

Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Sales

Promote and sell products to customers.

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets when assigned.

Cash Handling

Process sales transactions accurately.

Issue receipts and handle cash, mobile payments, or card payments properly.

Maintain accuracy in daily cash records.

Store Organization

Keep shelves, displays, and product areas clean and organized.

Arrange products neatly and attractively.

Ensure products are properly labeled with prices.

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.

Assist with receiving, counting, and organizing new stock.

Help prevent loss, damage, or theft of merchandise.

Shop Cleanliness

Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment.

Assist with daily cleaning duties as required.

Professional Conduct

Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.

Treat customers and colleagues with respect.

Follow all company policies and instructions from management.

Performance Expectations

Friendly and professional customer interaction.

Accurate cash handling and record keeping.

Good product knowledge.

የተመደቡ የሽያጭ ግቦችን ለማሳካት መስራት።

3. ገንዘብ አያያዝ

የሽያጭ ግብይቶችን በትክክል ማከናወን።

ደረሰኝ መስጠት እና ገንዘብን በአግባቡ መያዝ።

የቀን ገንዘብ መዝገቦችን በትክክል መያዝ።

4. የሱቅ ስርዓት እና ዝግጅት

መደርደሪያዎችን እና ማሳያ ቦታዎችን ንጹህና የተደራጁ ማድረግ።

እቃዎችን በሚስብ ሁኔታ ማስቀመጥ።
