The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate the company’s brand, message, and products effectively. The role involves working closely with the marketing, product, and communication teams to produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms, print materials, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts, visual layouts, and designs for digital ads, social media posts, website graphics, infographics, and marketing materials.
Create print design materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, business cards, and packaging.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Prepare design drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content when required.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Work with external printers or production companies to ensure high-quality final outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
Excellent sense of creativity, color, typography, and layout.
Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective visuals.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere).
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Photography or illustration skills.
