Job Summary

The Finance & HR Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling both the financial and human resource activities of the organization. This dual role ensures financial stability, accurate reporting, and regulatory compliance, while also overseeing talent management, employee relations, and organizational culture to support management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

Budgeting & Planning: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Cash Flow & Profitability: Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenues, and overall organizational profitability.
Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and present accurate financial statements and reports to management.
Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and local financial regulations.

Human Resources Management:

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
HR Compliance & Payroll: Ensure company policies align with local labor laws, manage HR records, and oversee the payroll process.

Leadership & Strategy:

Supervise, guide, and mentor both the finance/accounting and administrative teams.
Support strategic business planning initiatives by aligning financial goals with human capital strategies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Professional financial certifications or HR certifications are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience managing finance operations, with proven experience or strong exposure to HR practices.
