We are hiring a Customer Care Representative with at least 1 year of experience in a travel consultancy.

A background in marketing is a plus. The ideal candidate should be active, customer-focused, and skilled in convincing clients to use our travel services.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with travel inquiries and bookings.
Promote and upsell travel services.
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel consultancy.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Energetic, proactive, and results-driven.
Marketing experience is a plus.

Salary: 16,000/month + commission
