We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Officer to support the finance department in daily accounting and financial activities. The candidate will assist with payments, budget tracking, petty cash handling, invoice preparation, and financial documentation for event projects and company operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily financial and accounting operations
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices
Handle petty cash management and expense tracking
Support budget follow-up for events and projects
Record financial transactions accurately
Assist with payroll preparation and staff payments
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Support tax, withholding, and VAT documentation
Reconcile bank statements and cash records
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams regarding payments
Prepare basic financial reports when required
Ensure confidentiality of financial information

Requirements

BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–2 years of experience in finance/accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good computer skills, especially Excel
Knowledge of Peachtree, ERP, or accounting software is an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills

Experience in an event company or fast-paced environment
Understanding of project/event budgeting
Strong teamwork and multitasking ability
