Job description

GlobeDock Academy, a leading ed-tech firm, seeks a Learning Material Creator. This role involves creating engaging, high-quality educational materials across various programs for students from grades 7-12. The candidate should be skilled in content creation, understand instructional design principles, and stay current with ed-tech trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop course content.
Evaluate content relevancy & accuracy in the Ethiopian textbook context.
Design Power Points and incorporate interactive elements.
Ensure materials meet our educational standards.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in applied science, Social Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong Academic Expertise
Proficiency in design tools like PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities.

Bonus Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Adaptability & Creativity.
Knowledge of graphic design.
Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
