Oversee daily restaurant operations

Manage and supervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Control stock, ordering, and inventory management
Train new employees and build a productive team environment
Work with ownership to improve sales and operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Previous experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or supervisor
Experience in burgers, fast food, café, or casual dining preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good problem-solving ability under pressure
Honest, organized, and responsible
Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, Excel, reporting)
Ability to manage shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Fluent in Amharic; English is an advantage
