We are looking for a creative, data driven, and highly organised Social Media & Campaign Manager to take ownership of our consumer facing platforms. In this role, you will not just post content; you will design and execute rapid 3- to 5-day sales campaigns, manage digital communities, and write compelling copy in both Amharic and English to drive immediate customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan and launch short-term, high-velocity campaigns to liquidate fresh inventory quickly (e.g., selling out specific produce batches in 72 hours).
- Content & Copywriting: Draft highly engaging social media copy, scripts, and captions for Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok tailored to Ethiopian consumers.
- Community & Chat Management: Oversee inbound DMs and comments, utilizing optimized conversion scripts to turn inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily campaign metrics (engagement, click-through rates, conversions) and report feedback directly to sourcing and operations to optimize supply chains.

Requirements
- Flawless written and spoken Amharic and English.
- Proven experience scaling business accounts on Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and rapid campaign execution.
