GENERAL MANAGER (CEO) – 01 Position

Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in health administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare institutions, nursing homes, hospitals, or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing home.

· Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

· Advise the Board of Directors on organizational performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.

· Lead the implementation of Board-approved policies and strategic initiatives.

· Prepare and present organizational reports to the Board of Directors.

· Oversee all daily operations of the nursing home.

· Ensure efficient coordination among clinical, administrative, financial, and support departments.

· Establish operational objectives and performance standards.

· Ensure effective resource allocation to meet operational requirements.

· Develop systems that improve service delivery, efficiency, and organizational
· Ensure continuity of services during emergencies and operational disruptions.

· Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

· Ensure residents receive high-quality, safe, and compassionate care.

· Promote resident dignity, rights, privacy, and independence.

· Monitor resident satisfaction and implement service improvements.

· Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively.

· Lead the development and implementation of the organization's annual budget.

· Monitor financial performance and ensure responsible use of resources.

· Approve expenditures within delegated authority limits.

· Ensure adequate financial controls and accountability systems are maintained.

· Review financial reports and recommend strategies to improve financial

· sustainability.

· Present financial performance reports to the Board of Directors.

· Provide leadership and oversight of all human resource functions.

· Ensure recruitment and retention of qualified and competent staff.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations.

· Foster employee engagement, teamwork, and professional development.
