We are a growing tech platform providing specialized digital management and software solutions for businesses across Addis Ababa. We are seeking 5 motivated Part-Time Software Sales Agents to join our merchant outreach team.

This is a flexible, field-based contract position ideal for independent sales professionals looking to generate significant income on a flexible schedule. Compensation is results-driven and structured on a per-merchant onboarding model, to be discussed in detail during the initial interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person B2B outreach in commercial areas (Bole, Kazanchis, 22, etc.).

• Demonstrate our software solutions live to business owners and managers using your mobile device.

• Manage the merchant registration process and hand off closed accounts to our technical team.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in Amharic.

• Active ownership of a smartphone with a reliable internet connection for live field demonstrations.

• A high-energy, self-motivated mindset. No prior technical sales experience required.
