3. Recruitment Assistance
Ø • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
4. Onboarding New Employees
Ø • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
5. Employee Relations
Ø • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Address employee inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
6. Training and Development Coordination
Ø • Help organize training sessions and professional development programs for employees. This may include scheduling training dates, booking venues, and tracking attendance.
7. Policy Implementation
Ø • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
8. Payroll Support
Ø • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, tracking leave requests, and assisting with payroll inquiries.
9. Reporting and Data Management

Ø • Ensure that all employee information is handled confidentially and in compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., FMHACA, erca).

12. Communication
Ø • Facilitate communication within the HR department and across the organization by drafting internal communications, newsletters, or announcements.
13. Support for Performance Management
Ø • Assist in the performance appraisal process by tracking deadlines, preparing evaluation forms, and compiling feedback.

Ø • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience within the organization.
