Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

- Manage customer accounts and provide support.

- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.

- Promoting customer loyalty and retention.

- Answering phone calls and giving vivid information to esteemed customers.

- Conducting promotional activities and events to raise brand awareness.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

- Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

- Who is living in or around Hosaena town.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, Accounting and Finance or related field of study.

- Previous experience in customer service, research, sales or related role is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.

- Creative thinking, ability to multitask, prioritizes and meets deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
