Role Overview

Are you great at using Google Gemini to get things done faster? Do you also have a good eye for layout and design?

We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative Personal Assistant to help a language teacher. In this role, you will use Google Gemini to help create awesome learning materials, utilize graphic design tools to make visually stunning study aids, and keep daily teaching tasks organized.

This is a hybrid role, meaning you will spend some days working together with the teacher in the office and other days working comfortably from home.

What You Will Do

Make Digital Flashcards: You will use Gemini to look at lesson notes and turn them into study flashcards on an app called Anki. This includes making vocabulary lists, example sentences, and fill-in-the-blank practices.
Create Pictures & Visual Aids: You will use Gemini’s image generator to create fun pictures, and then use graphic design tools to turn them into clear, beautiful worksheets, infographics, and study guides that help students learn.
Help the Teacher Stay Organized: You will be the teacher’s right hand. You'll use Gemini to help write emails quickly, type up lesson summaries, organize Google Drive folders, and manage the schedule.
Brainstorm Fun Lessons: You will team up with the teacher to ask Gemini for creative ideas, like writing short practice conversations or fun stories for students to read.

Who We Are Looking For

A Gemini Pro: You don't just use Gemini for fun; you know how to give it detailed instructions so it creates high-quality text and images without getting confused.
Graphic Design Skills: You know what looks good! You have experience using design software (like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) to arrange text, edit images, choose clean fonts, and make educational content look professional and easy to read.
Good with Anki: You know how the Anki flashcard app works, how to customize cards, and how to import lists into the app easily.
Super Organized: You can take a messy pile of notes and turn them into neat, ready-to-use study guides.
Language Lover: If you speak another language or have helped out in a classroom before, that’s a huge plus! (But not required if your AI and design skills are great).

Job Details

Location: Hybrid (Mix of In-Office days in Summit, Fiyel Bet and Work-From-Home days).
