Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (fabrication, welding, assembly)
Experience in metal fabrication and production systems
Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Experience in production planning and quality control (plus)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee manufacturing projects from start to finish
Coordinate fabrication, welding, and assembly activities
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and quality standards
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans
Work closely with design, production, and procurement teams
Monitor production efficiency and solve technical issues
Ensure safety and quality standards in manufacturing processes
Communicate with clients and stakeholders on project progress
