Research and Data Assistant
Experience: 1–2 years
Core Scope of Work
The Research and Data Assistant will support the team by receiving large lists of raw data, contacting relevant individuals or organizations to gather missing information, verifying details, and organizing the data into a clear, accurate, and usable format.

Key Responsibilities

Review long lists of raw or incomplete data.
Contact people, companies, or institutions to collect missing information.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy.
Update databases, trackers, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
Organize information clearly so it can be easily reviewed and used.
Identify gaps, duplicates, inconsistencies, or unclear entries.
Prepare simple summaries or reports based on the collected data.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling information.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in research, data entry, administration, or related work.
Good communication skills, especially by phone, email, or messaging.
Strong attention to detail.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Ability to organize messy information into a clean structure.
Reliable follow-up and documentation skills.
Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
