We’re looking for a results-focused Digital Marketer to grow our brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive apartment sales through social media and paid ads.
You’ll work directly with our sales team and management to convert digital traffic into clients.

Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns
Design content calendars and coordinate creative content (video, posts, reels)
Track campaign performance, generate weekly reports (CPL, CTR, ROI)
Optimize lead forms, remarketing campaigns, and audience targeting
Collaborate with the sales team to align content with actual buyer behavior
Run promotions, market trends, and offer campaigns across platforms

Requirements:

Proven experience running paid ads (Meta Business Manager required)
Familiar with TikTok/Instagram strategy, lead generation tools
Basic design tools (Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Bonus: CRM experience, SEO knowledge, and video storytelling
