Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company real estate properties to prospective clients
Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and open houses
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and after sales
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors
Work closely with marketing and management teams to achieve targets

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Good knowledge of local real estate market and property laws (advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
