We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, increase revenue, and expand the company’s customer base within the automotive service sector. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth and market expansion. This role requires a proactive professional who can develop and execute strategies that strengthen the company’s market presence and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Develop strategies to increase sales and market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales plans
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve service offerings
Monitor industry trends and customer needs
Achieve revenue and business growth targets
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business forums
Prepare periodic business development reports for management

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
Experience in automotive, technical service, or related industry is preferred
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proven ability to achieve sales and growth targets
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
