The position helps maintain a productive, disciplined, and positive work environment for all employees.

Assist in manpower planning and recruitment processes.

Prepare and post job advertisements.

Screen applications and schedule interviews.

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.

Maintain employee recruitment records and files.

Support employees on HR-related issues and inquiries.

Handle employee complaints and disciplinary matters professionally.

Promote positive workplace culture and teamwork.

Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.

Monitor employee attendance, overtime, and shift schedules.

Maintain leave records including annual, sick, and emergency leave.

Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, supermarket, or hypermarket operations.
