Convert prospects into active customers and ensure successful onboarding.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and sales proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.

Market Intelligence

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
Gather and report market information to management for strategic decision-making.
Identify new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.

Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update customer databases and sales pipelines.
Submit market visit reports and customer acquisition updates to management.

Team Support

Support junior sales executives and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer management.
Assist management in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
