o Certifications in cosmetology and skincare and other relevant health and wellness fields are a plus.

o Experience in selling or promoting services like facials, and skincare treatments

o Experience in formulation development and knowledge of cosmetic regulations.

Skills:

o Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

o Excellent customer service and handling

o Strong intrapersonal skills

o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

o Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

o Good organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Language Proficiency:

o Fluency in Amharic and English is preferable; Oromifa and Af Somali languages are a plus.
