Job Description

Sabon Hotel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in hospitality sales. The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team in driving revenue by promoting our hotel’s services, building client relationships, and assisting with bookings for rooms, events, and group accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients (e.g., corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies).

• Respond to inquiries from prospective guests or clients in a timely and professional manner.

• Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel packages and special offers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the hotel’s CRM system.

• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

• Participate in local networking events, trade shows, or site tours to showcase the hotel’s offerings.

• Assist in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a bonus.

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
