WHAT YOU WILL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Find new clients

Research and identify companies, NGOs, event organizers, and brands who may need video production services.

Reach out and communicate

Contact potential clients by phone, email, or in person. Represent our company in a professional and friendly way.

Write proposals

Prepare clear proposals that explain what we offer, how we can help the client, and the cost of our services.

Handle calls and meetings

Lead or join calls and meetings with clients. Answer questions, understand their needs, and represent us well.

Follow up

Stay in touch with leads and clients. Turn conversations into confirmed projects.

Track progress

Keep a record of all leads and client activity. Report regularly to the owner on results.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Must-have:

• Strong communication in Amharic and English

• Business writing — professional emails and proposals

• Negotiation — can discuss pricing and close deals

• Lead generation — knows how to find and approach clients

• Organized and disciplined with following up on leads

Good to have:

• Microsoft Office or Google Docs (for writing proposals)

• Active on LinkedIn, Instagram, or Telegram for outreach

• Confident presenter — can pitch services face to face

• Basic spreadsheet or tracking skills

A big plus:

• Existing network in corporate companies, NGOs, or event industry in Addis Ababa

• Some understanding of video production or creative services
