We are hiring ambitious B2B sales representatives to join a fast-growing global organization specializing in experience-led marketing and customer engagement solutions. With a strong international presence and partnerships across multiple industries, the company delivers innovative campaigns that help businesses attract customers, increase engagement, and drive revenue without relying on traditional discounting. This role is ideal for candidates with fluent English (C1 level) and experience working with global or international clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners across global markets

● Present and sell experience-based marketing solutions to decision-makers

● Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads

● Conduct outbound sales activities (calls, emails, virtual meetings)

● Develop long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders

● Understand client needs and tailor solutions to drive measurable results

● Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns

● Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Required Qualifications

● Fluent English (C1 level or above – spoken and written)

● Proven experience in B2B sales, especially with international clients

● Strong closing, negotiation, and persuasion skills

● Experience in outbound sales or lead generation

● Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

● Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience

● Background in marketing, advertising, SaaS, or partnerships

● Experience working with global brands or multi-market clients

● Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines

● Understanding of customer engagement or loyalty solutions
