Job Summary

Position Title: Senior Tender Team Leader

Department: Marketing

Reports To: General Manager / Commercial Manager

Duty Station: [Add City]

Job Purpose

The Senior Tender Team Leader is responsible for managing the entire tendering process — from opportunity identification to bid submission and contract award. The role ensures accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals while leading the tender team to meet company revenue and project acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field

(Master’s Degree is an advantage)

Experience

Minimum 5–7 years relevant experience in tendering/bid management

At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Experience handling government and large private tenders is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and costing skills

Excellent leadership and team coordination ability

Advanced knowledge of tender procedures and procurement rules

High attention to detail and deadline management

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel advanced), ERP is an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
