Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1–3 years experience in customer service or call center roles
Strong communication skills (Amharic required, English preferred Multilingual are encouraged )
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
experience in Dispatch system
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, call handling tools)
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
Experience in delivery, ride-hailing, or service platforms is a plus
