Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a plastic manufacturing company or water tank production company.
Strong knowledge of product development, production processes, quality control, and project coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee product planning, development, and production activities.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure product standards are met.
Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of products and project objectives.
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
