Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to identify, approach, and secure new clients for our production, marketing, and content services.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in sales, client relationship management, and proposal development. They will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, generating leads, conducting client meetings, and closing deals across corporate, hospitality, tourism, NGO, and event sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Build and maintain a prospect database.

Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.

Develop target lists for:

• Hotels and hospitality brands

• Event organizers

• NGOs and development organizations

• Tourism stakeholders

• Corporate businesses

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Schedule and conduct client meetings.

• Present company services and capabilities.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.

• Negotiate pricing and service packages.

• Convert prospects into paying clients.

Tender Support

• Support bid and tender submissions.

• Follow up on submitted proposals and RFQs.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project costing.

Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.

• Build long-term partnerships.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Reporting

• Maintain cold calling and sales tracking systems.

• Submit weekly pipeline reports.

• Track leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.

• Monitor progress against monthly targets.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing.

• Experience working with agencies, media companies, event companies, or production houses is an advantage.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Proposal writing and client management experience.

• Sales tracking proficiency.

• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Base Salary

Negotiable
