The company invites qualified and competent professionals to apply for the following position:

IT Systems & Digital Platforms Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all IT systems and digital platforms of the Company
Develop and deploy full online services of the company
Develop and deploy property transaction platforms.
Customize or develop CRM for diaspora property services.
Integrate secure online payments.
Develop digital contract and document workflow system.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance.
Automate commission and KPI dashboards.
Adobe Photoshop or other editing tools experience including AI tools.
Maintain and manage cloud infrastructure.

Qualification Requirements:

BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience or with software developing companies.
Experience in web application development and CRM systems.
Knowledge of Ethiopian Electronic Transaction laws.
Experience with payment gateway integration.
AI certification or experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Language Skills (Highly Desirable):

Proficiency in English and Amharic and knowledge of other local and international language is an added advantage.
