Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to acquire new customers and grow our client base. This role involves both indoor sales (calls, follow-ups and CRM) and outdoor sales (field visits, meetings, on-site presentations, and Deal Closing). The ideal candidate is confident in client engagement, clearly explains service offerings, and successfully converts leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard contractors, suppliers, consultants, and construction companies

• Visit construction sites, offices, and businesses

• Present services clearly and persuasively

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Close deals and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (B2B is a plus)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Willing to work indoor & outdoor

• Able to work independently

• Basic computer & smartphone skills

What We Offer

• Salary: 16,000 ETB + commission

• Transport allowance
