Job Summary

We are looking for two motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist in reporting and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions (cash, bank, and expenses)

- Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports

- Assist in accounts payable and receivable management

- Support monthly and yearly closing processes

- Handle petty cash management and reconciliation

- Assist in payroll preparation and tax-related tasks

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

- Support audits and internal financial reviews

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, Excel)

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good numerical and analytical skills

- Basic computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- High level of integrity and responsibility
