Receptionist
Location: Lancha, Kera, Gotera, Sar Bet area preferred
Workplace: Apartment Hotel
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Working Hours: Shift work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with 9 working hours per shift
Core Scope of Work
The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling front desk communication, supporting check-in and check-out activities, and maintaining basic records using computer systems.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide front desk assistance.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Support guest check-in and check-out processes.
Keep guest records, bookings, and basic reports updated.
Use computer systems, Excel, email, and basic office software.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Work assigned shifts within the apartment hotel’s operating schedule.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Ability to use Excel, email, and simple booking/record systems.
Organized, polite, and presentable.
Able to work responsibly with minimal supervision.
Flexible and able to work shift hours.
Candidates living around Lancha, Kera, Gotera, or Sar Bet are preferred.
