Job Title: Sales & Customer Service

Department: Sales & Customer Service

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

OLY Technologies is seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships across various industries. You will represent OLY’s diverse portfolio of services, including printing, packaging, technology solutions, marketing, advertising, and import/export.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits.
Tailored Solutions: Understand client needs and recommend personalized solutions from OLY’s diverse service offerings.
Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain updated customer records in the CRM system and ensure exceptional customer service.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Follow-up: Ensure client satisfaction through post-sale engagement and address any issues promptly.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the company’s growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in printing, packaging, technology, or related industries.
Personal Attributes: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.

Working Conditions:

Work Environment: Office-based with frequent client visits and potential off-site meetings or fieldwork.
Work Tools: You will use OLY's ERP system to track leads, sales, and client interactions, with regular reporting required.
Work Hours: Full-time, standard hours, with potential for additional travel or meetings.
