I am looking for a full-time assistant to help me manage different parts of my online store and social media work. I need someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully.

The work includes Shopify product listing, writing product descriptions, basic SEO for listings, simple graphic design, short video editing, and social media support. I want someone who can handle daily tasks properly, stay consistent, and help me keep the business active online.

This is a full-time role for someone who already has some experience and can adapt to different tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

Upload products to Shopify
Add product titles, descriptions, prices, sizes, images, tags, and collections
Edit and organize product listing details carefully
Write clear and simple product descriptions
Add SEO-friendly meta titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text
Create simple social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
Edit short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Prepare and schedule social media posts
Keep product pages and content neat, accurate, and consistent
Support with general online store and content tasks when needed

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify product listing
Good English writing skills
Basic understanding of SEO for product pages
Good graphic design skills
Basic short video editing skills
Good attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Organized and reliable
Able to work full-time

Preferred Skills:

Canva
CapCut or other video editing tools
Social media content creation
Good graphics skills
E-commerce experience

Salary is 11,000ETB
