We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Officer to support our inventory management operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock transactions, and correcting data discrepancies in the system. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and a keen eye for accuracy. Experience with Odoo ERP and familiarity with construction materials are considered advantages.

Main Duties:

• Monitor and maintain inventory records in the system
• Review stock transactions and identify data inconsistencies
• Create, update, and correct inventory entries as required
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure data integrity
• Prepare inventory reports using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with store and procurement teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities
• Assist in improving inventory data management processes

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related fields
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus)
• Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage
• Knowledge of construction materials is a plus

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management principles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
