Promote and sell student exercise books, notebooks, and related stationery.
Develop new customers (schools, stationery stores, wholesalers, distributors and local retailers).
Maintain regular communication with existing customers, follow up orders and ensure long-term cooperation.
Introduce product specs, quality, prices and bulk order benefits; professionally answer product-related inquiries.
Negotiate order details (quantity, delivery time, payment terms), and complete order signing.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely delivery and follow up logistics.
Handle simple after-sales issues, product replacement and customer feedback to maintain good relationships.
Collect local market demand, competitor info and price trends, and report to the supervisor promptly.
Complete daily sales records, order statistics and simple sales reports as required.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Job Requirements

Stationery/paper sales or offline sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong learning ability are welcome.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with a polite and professional attitude.
Active and self-motivated, able to independently visit customers and develop offline markets.
Basic oral and written English; familiar with local market and customer groups.
Basic document filling and record-keeping skills, careful and responsible.
Willing to travel locally for customer visits, with a strong team spirit.
Familiarity with student stationery and exercise books is a significant advantage.
